Morillo de Tou

We stopped at this site for one night on the way to the French Pyrenees. This is an ancient village which was restored by the local villages many years ago into a holiday village, ideally situated just off the A138. The restoration of this place was perfectly done for the surrounding area. When staying here it feels like a monks retreat, the buildings are all built in the local stone which provides a picturesque setting. Ideally located for the town of Ainsa this is just over 4 km away, for the energetic off you within walking distance.
The site has an outdoor pool which is managed very well with life guards. A bar along the road side with a nice adjoining restaurant. When we stayed we did not try the restaurant as we were only here for one night, but we did use the bar and also was lucky to get evening entertainment. Overall the site is very well managed, quite and clean.
If you like water sports, cycling or walking then this is a great site as a base for all these activities. On site they have a very good selection of maps for walking and cycling. Opposite the site is the confluence of the Ara and Cinca River which makes it an ideal location for all water ports.
